Gary and his team were upfront and honest with me from the beginning and they did everything exactly how they said they would. I expected them to be like the other investors I talked to, where they agree to a price and then try to renegotiate and drop the price as we get close to closing. I had two other investors do that, they threatened to not close unless I dropped the price, so, I canceled my contract with them. However, Gary and I agreed on a price upfront, and never discussed price again, he did exactly what he said he would do, he made it easy, so that didn't have to worry about anything. I wished he would have been the first investor I talked to so that I didn't have to go through the problems and frustration I went through with the first two. From now own Gary will be my first call for any property I want to sell, that I don't want to list with an agent.

Gary and his team helped me when I was in a tough spot. My mother just passed away and we needed to pay off her bills before the bank foreclosed on her property. They were able to get the property put in my name so I could sell it to them without us having to go to court for probate, so that saved me about $5,000, and it only took 3 weeks to get it all done. When Gary told me they could get all this done this fast, I wasn't sure I believed him, but, true to his word, he got it all done, saved me a bunch of money, and paid a good price for the house. It's great to work with good people who actually do what they say.

I can't praise this company or Gary enough. Our property had IRS liens and it seemed hopeless that I would ever get all of the details worked out. Gary prepared all kinds of documentation as to the property value and did all the leg work as I live 500 miles away. He went above and beyond. He even got a AC/HVAC company to go replace the thermostats when temps dropped below freezing and I needed the heat on. It took nearly 2 years but Gary stuck with us all the way. He was a true God Send. I trusted him 200% and I've never met him face to face but I followed my gut and we got the deal done.
